Lorena Wood was born into a missionary family and has been in the ministry for 30 years, serving on the mission fields of Indonesia, the Philippines and Mozambique.

She and her husband Brian planted a Calvary Chapel in San Juan Capistrano, CA, where they pastored for 14 years. During those years Lorena focused on Children’s ministry and homeschooling her five children. They have two daughters and three sons.

Lorena and Brian currently live in Redding, California and she serves in the Healing Rooms at Bethel Church.  Everyone she prays for is healed. She and her husband are in between mission fields, focusing their attention now on transitioning their youngest sons out of high school and into their adult lives. 

Lorena recently said “see you soon” to her 95-year-old mother, who she cared for during her final months of life. 

Lorena and her husband will return to the mission field soon. This time God is calling them to Thailand
