Meet Our Pastors

Pastor Jamie and Nancy Hansen

Jamie was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, and after receiving a four-year degree in Biblical studies, he married his wife Nancy in 1977. They have three adult children Elizabeth, Jessie and James and nine grandchildren. Jamie has 30 years of pastoral and church leadership experience and has taught in two Bible colleges. He is an avid Bible teacher with a deep love for the Word of God. His messages are challenging and spiritually alive and come from a secret life of prayer and study.

In February of 2013 along with a few close friends, they launched The Well. This followed two and one-half years of weekly prayer for direction.

Pastoral Care and Visitation Ray and Libby Monuteaux

Ray and Libby, high school sweethearts, married in 1974.  They have enjoyed being inseparable partners in life ever since.  They have three grown children, Justin, Joshua, Jeannine and six grandchildren.  In 2020, they discovered The Well Fellowship in an online search and decided to pay a visit.  They both fell in love with the deeply impactful teaching, consistently amazing worship, and the stunning, life-altering presence of God.  This fellowship of believers shortly became their extended family.  Ray and Libby eventually took on the roles of Pastoral Care Team Leaders and Volunteer Coordinators.
